Origins of the Universe
Hawking's book, The Grand Design, was published on September 7, 2010 and takes a look at how humanity has viewed the universe throughout its history. In response to comments about God that he makes in his book, Hawking told ABC News: "One can't prove that God doesn't exist, but science makes God unnecessary."
