Backpack Dave
A former carpet cleaner, Dave, 39, routinely spends months at a time in the mountains around the fork, living on beans and coffee while he hunts for choice spots. He has brought back nuggets as large as five ounces and claims that when he is "on" he can bring in $100 an hour.
