Students are greeted as they enter Yinghua Academy in Minneapolis, Minnesota during its third year of operation. The Yinghua Academy is a charter public school where elementary students of every ethnicity study subjects ranging from math to American history in Mandarin Chinese. Last year, the school relocated to a 45,00 square foot former elementary school in Minneapolis after being in nearby St. Paul.
