Out in Force
Thailand's red shirts are an anti-government group that supports the country's deposed Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra. Their movement has gathered force and energy in the last few weeks as thousands of their members have protested in the streets of Bangkok. The demonstrations have led to clashes with soldiers and so far more than 20 people have been killed. Some of the victims were memorialized at a funeral on April 11.
