Just 12 days before the 2010 Commonwealth Games are set to start, a footbridge that connected a car park to the main stadium collapsed while works were finishing up some last-minute concreting work. As a result, 23 people were injured, at least 5 seriously so. With some teams expected to arrive in just 48 hours, crews work frantically to repair the structure.
