Smoke rises from South Korea's Yeonpyeong Island after it was hit by dozens of artillery shells that were fired by North Korea on Nov. 23, 2010. At least two South Korean marines were killed, and several more soldiers and civilians were wounded and evacuated to bunkers, according to South Korean television.
