It's not shocking that MTV ran a commercial for a pregnancy test during Skins, but back in 1952, when Ricky was loving Lucy on CBS (in separate beds, of course), they couldn't use the word pregnant. Never mind that they were married in real life, as well as on-screen. Lucy found out she was "expecting" in the episode "Lucy Is Enceinte."
