On July 19, 2012, the Duchess wore an $800 electric blue Stella McCartney dress to the National Portrait Gallery in London. Middleton was at the museum to unveil "The Road to 2012: Aiming High," a portrait exhibition of athletes competing in the 2012 Games. McCartney designed the Olympic uniforms for the 2012 U.K. team.
