Riots Spread Across England

The damage to a fashion retail store in Manchester city centre is clearly visible following a fourth night of violence in England. The country's worst riots in decades raged into Wednesday, Aug. 10, as youths ran amok in Manchester and the industrial Midlands. London, however, was quiet, with 16,000 police swarming the streets to stem violence.
