"Members of the White House Maitre'd staff go over final arrangements for an unusually intimate dinner in the Old Family Dining Room at the White House, where President Bush will host Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf and Afghan President Hamid Karzai after a trilateral meeting in the Oval Office.
