NO WAKE ZONE
A car is nearly submerged by floodwaters outside the Office of Records in Horsham, Pa. Heavy flooding in suburban Philadelphia required evacuation of several apartment houses and other dwellings, left cars under water, and cut power to thousands of homes. People were trapped in apartments, homes, cars and even trees, but no injuries were immediately reported. Saturday, June 16, 2001.
