Greenpeace members wearing a big eyeballs on their heads point to the Japanese embassy in Mexico City to protest Japan's decision to hunt mink whales. The Japanese government plans to allow 440 whales to be hunted in the winter season. The eyeballs are supposed to symbolize that people are watching the actions taken by the Japanese government.
