What Will Be the Catch of Day?
If we continue to strip the sea of its resources, 25 years from now Mrs.
Paul's will be serving Wish Sticks. The grim numbers: Every year since 1989,
the worldwide catch of seafood has declined. The good news? We're gradually
starting to limit overfishing, and are finding new possibilities for
"aquaculture," the process of farm-raising fish.
