Will We Meet E.T.?

Maybe not in his Steven Spielberg-inspired form, but there is at least a slim chance we could come face-to-whatever with some other form of extraterrestrial life. The likelihood of that meeting, of course, varies wildly depending on which scientist you ask. Some dismiss altogether the possibility of any sort of life in the universe, while others sit faithfully at their satellite receivers, convinced that someone or something will phone.
