More and more like your living room. As the inexorable advance of connectivity makes telecommuting more and more possible — and employers see how cheap it can be — increasing numbers of employees will be working from home. But work will always require face-to-face brainstorming and socialization, so expect a slimmed-down central office where a conference room will be ready for ideas to be batted around in (and a water cooler set up for a bit of office gossip).
