What is the Timeframe for completion of the reprints? How is payment handled? WHAT IS A CUSTOM REPRINT? A reprint is a reuse of a previously published article to be used as a stand-alone piece. Custom Reprints are a compelling way to market your company, organization, product, or service. Our high quality reprints can be used in a variety of ways including, in media/press kits, sales materials, direct mail, trade shows/conferences, and educational materials. HOW IS COST DETERMINED? Our reprint cost is based on the length of the article, the quantity ordered, if it is printed in color or black/white, and the amount of photography in the article. (Since we do not own the rights to the photography, there is a separate fee payable to the photographers.)
Yes, TIME will email a proof (in PDF format) for your final approval before we complete the reprints. Once you approve the content and layout in the proof, we will send the reprint to the printers. The preliminary proof will be sent in a PDF format by e-mail. WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME FOR COMPLETION OF THE REPRINTS? Our usual turnaround time is 2 weeks depending on the order. Rush orders are available for an additional charge. HOW IS PAYMENT HANDLED? An invoice is sent immediately after you receive the shipment of your final reprints.
