Paris-based interior designer Laurent Buttazzoni, who is best known for his work with fashion-world stars like designer John Galliano and retailer Maria Luisa Poumaillou, has infused Manolo Blahnik's Moscow outpost, above, with a theatrical vibe. Located on the city's trendy Malaya Bronnaya, the all-white boutique boasts iconic furniture, including a Barcelona daybed and Arne Jacobsen chairs. A mirrored screen and entrance-making stairway to shoe heaven add a touch of Hollywood glamour. The products are placed on pedestals for worshipping Muscovites, who flock to this emporium for croc slingback stilettos and stretch-suede boots. Even the till is tucked behind a dramatic curtain.
