
French luxury titan Bernard Arnault announced this past fall that Frank Gehry would design the $127 million home for the Foundation for Creation for Arnault's company, LVMH. The building, below, which in model form resembles a large cloud alighting on top of the trees surrounding Paris' beloved Jardin d'Acclimatation, is scheduled to open in late 2009 or early 2010. Visitors will be able to view exhibitions of collections of modern and classical art. The idea is to open up the creative process to the general public.
