The classic story of a kindhearted elephant gets a spiffy expansion in this CGI feature from Blue Sky Studios (Ice Age). The voice talent is excellent: Jim Carrey as Horton, Steve Carell as the mayor of tiny Who-ville and Carol Burnett as a bossy, oddly Hillary-like kangaroo. A treat for the eye, a cartoon event, this film is delightful, 100%.
