At 43, Fatsis (Word Freak) joined the Denver Broncos and trained as a placekicker to find out what life is really like in the NFL. It turns out that life is a Darwinian nightmare. Stars are treated like pashas, but journeyman players live in constant fear that their bruised bodies will give out before they've rolled up enough cash for retirement.
