The Next Superman?
Hollywood's biggest comic-book fan has created a series of his own. Nicolas Cage and son Weston, 16, debuted the six-issue Voodoo Child on July 11. The stories focus on a mixed-race boy who was murdered in antebellum Louisiana and is now wandering undead in a very violent post-Katrina New Orleans. Voodoo is published by Richard Branson's new Virgin Comics, which is based in India and aims to challenge Marvel and DC Comics in Asia as well as the U.S.
