A New Tune for Paris
Just weeks after being released from jail, Paris Hilton is hard at work on her leading role in a musical-thriller film. Repo!The Genetic Opera, about a plague that threatens the human race, is set for a 2008 release. Director Darren Lynn Bousman said he auditioned 30 actors to play the daughter of an organ-transplant tycoon, but Paris, who debuted her voice with a single in '06, "owned" the part.
