Every S.F. Giants fan wanted to catch Barry Bonds' 756th home-run ball. And on Aug. 7, when Bonds cracked Hank Aaron's record at home, loyal fans scrambled to retrieve it. But moments later, Matt Murphy a N.Y. Mets fan had the ball in his hand. He left the stadium without saying much, but the ball's estimated worth, from $400,000 to $500,000, says it all.
