Paris Relieves Pain?
Researchers noted that male mice licked their wounds less (indicating higher stress levels) when a scientist was present. To determine whether the sight or smell of a human was to blame, they showed mice a cardboard cutout of Paris Hilton. With fake Paris in sight, male mice but not females still spent less time licking their wounds, supporting research that indicates the sexes react differently to stress.
