Pageant Sabotage?

Ingrid Marie Rivera won the Miss Puerto Rico pageant even though her clothes and makeup had allegedly been doused with pepper spray. Rivera was so poised, in fact, that she stopped tearing up off camera, leading some to question whether pepper spray was used after all.
