"Across this country, this is the agenda I have set before my fellow prisoners and the same standards of clarity and candor must now be applied to my opponent."

McCain, accidentally straying from the script during a campaign rally in Pennsylvania. (He was supposed to say "fellow citizens"). For his part, McCain didn't seem to notice the verbal slip-up. Without skipping a beat, he went on to question Democratic rival Barack Obama's "clarity."
