The Best and Worst Super Bowl Ads
As seems to be the case just about every year, it was the Super Bowl ads that kept audiences glued to television screens. TIME's Jim Poniewozik was one of those who carefully watched and evaluated every ad of the evening. Here's his take on the best of the best from this year's Super Bowl of advertising
Pixar uses Toy Story's Woody and Buzz Lightyear to introduce the Charlie-Chaplinesque robot star of its upcoming film, the cutest-looking apocalypse movie you could imagine. Intriguing enough clip, but doesn't bespeak a lot of confidence that they won't just let WallE speak or not-speak for himself.
