Is rock and roll so dangerous that it must be played outside the Staples Center? Put another way, have the Grammy show producers ever heard a Foo Fighters song before? Dave Grohl and company play their latest competent hit competently, but not sure how it was aided by building an outdoor stage or trucking in an orchestra conducted by Led Zeppelin's John Paul Jones.
