Who is the more deserving Idol contestant: someone like Syesha, who has a big voice but does nothing memorable with it, or Jason, who has definite limitations but knows exactly how to work within them? I bet America rules in Jason's favor on this one tonight. Rocking the pimp slot, he replaces Mariah's fireworks with his trademark dorm-open-mic-night croon, and sells it with a performance that's all charm and eyelashes.
