PRO: After becoming more famous for her crazed antics and bad parenting skills than her vocal skills, the singer released Blackout, her first original album in four years, and it...was pretty decent, with the single "Gimme More" jumping to the top of the Billboard charts. A guest appearance on the sitcom How I Met Your Mother also pleasantly surprised critics.
CON: Where to begin? The past year also saw Spears in and out of rehab, in and out the psychiatric hospital, and out of her children's lives as guardian — not only did she lose custody, she had to pay some of ex Kevin Federline's court fees.
