PRO: The U.K.'s youngest PM in over a century, the "New" Labour leader boosted the country's health and education systems and quelled the violence in Northern Ireland before resigning in 2007. The '09 visiting Yale lecturer is now a potential candidate for President of Europe.

CON: In Britain, "Bush" and "Blair" are synonyms. His stalwart support of the Iraq War continues to cloud his legacy — much of it bound up in his symbolic and utterly intellectual position as "Quartet" ambassador to Israel and Palestine — and his country's opinion of him.
