PRO: The self-made PC billionaire decided to stretch out of his comfort zone and finally enter the notebook market, and also expand into the growing Asian sphere.

CON: He did so because PC sales were stagnating. And after standing behind its longtime policy of not selling in retail stores, the 23-year-old company is now playing catch-up with competitors.
