Patrizia Moroso
Moroso's ambition, she says, is to find people. And find people she does. Tord Boontje and Patricia Urquiola designed pieces for her Italian furniture company when they were still relative unknowns. Started by Patrizia's father, the firm is now run by Moroso. Her newest gamble: the company's first retail store, opening in May in New York City's SoHo.
