French decorator to royalty, society and celebrity, Jacques Grange has turned his sophisticated eye on one of New York's favorite Upper East Side haunts. Enlisting artists and artisans like Eric Schmitt, Vladimir Kagan and Paul Mathieu, Grange has created an intimate design that will be both hotel and residence. Services include a Frédéric Fekkai salon and a Sant Ambroeus restaurant. Kate Betts
