PRO: Principled monarch who has found a balance between traditionalism and the modern virtue of democratization. He has already established a constitution that allows for his impeachment, and will soon leave the throne to his son.

CON: Bhutan's existence doesn't really register beyond its immediate neighbors. And the King's treatment of his nation's Nepali minority has been less than humane.
