#2. Eco-Clothing
Rogan Gregory and Scott Hahn first jumped on the green-clothing bandwagon in 2004 with their 100% organic cotton denim line Loomstate, which also uses factories that enforce fair labor and control pollution. Clothing retailer Barneys New York picked up Loomstate to do Loomstate for Barneys Green, an eco-friendly line sold exclusively at Barneys. Stella McCartney, Philip Lim, Theory and Lutz + Patmos have also done exclusive eco-friendly lines for Barneys. In the spring of 2007 Levi's launched its line of eco-jeans available in several styles and price ranges. The Levi's Capital E Eco jeans line even included recycled buttons, rivets and zippers as well as natural indigo dye.
