Was that a Beatle who flew into Los Angeles this summer? No, just Becks. After British soccer superstar David Beckham signed a contract with the Los Angeles Galaxy that could pay him up to $250 million, he touched down in the U.S. to great fanfare this summer. The international paparazzo snapped his every smile at a confetti-strewn ceremony. Injuries plagued Beckham throughout the season, and the Galaxy missed the MLS playoffs.
