10. Puppycam

In years past, the big obsession was with pandacams. But 2008 went to the dogs. Animal lovers flocked to see streaming video of six baby Shiba Inus, whose owners set up a live feed so they could watch the pups while they were at work. In a matter of days, the Puppycam became a viral sensation and captivated thousands of people for hour upon hour of puppy-viewing pleasure. You probably aren't even reading this right now. You're calling your mother and telling her to look at the cute little puppies. But you'd better hurry because the fun is about to end. The pups are scheduled to be divvied out to new owners starting in early December.
