PRO: Has recently shown a willingness to invest in the team, signing Elton Brand and Baron Davis to rich contracts.

CON: The Clippers have made the playoffs four times in the 27 years Sterling has owned the team. The NBA should rename its annual also-ran summit the Donald Sterling Draft Lottery.
