Age: 50
Title: President and CEO, Detroit Lions

PRO: The Lions went 7-9 in 2007, the best record of Millen's eight-year tenure. Calvin Johnson and Roy Williams give Detroit one of the NFL's best young receiving duos.

CON: Millen finished 16-48 in his first four seasons — and somehow got a five-year extension. Overall, the Lions are an abysmal 31-81 under his watch.
