PRO: Her pool of cute, ponytailed stars has garnered widespread appeal overseas, especially in Asia, which helped double the amount of television revenue tournament owners received from the LPGA in the 2007 season.

CON: With superstar Annika Sorenstam retiring her clubs, Bivens needs to find a female Tiger, or at least raise the profile of tour leader Lorena Ochoa, to improve TV ratings in the U.S., which remain low.
