Title: Owner, Inter of Milan

PRO: Despite tons of heartache and wasted cash on player-trade flops, the low-key tycoon never gave up on the franchise (and never closed his wallet), and has rewarded fans by winning the last three consecutive titles in the hyper-competitive Italian soccer league.

CON: This year's "scudetto" is the only one of the last three without an asterisk (the previous two came amid a winnowed field after other top teams were punished for a game-fixing scandal). And where's the Champions League title he promised?
