Title: President, Brazilian Football Confederation

PRO: Under his 19-year tutelage, Brazil has won the World Cup twice and the right to host the 2014 World Cup Finals for the first time since 1950.

CON: Off the field, his arrogance and intransigence have won him a reputation as a man not to be crossed; a parliamentary investigation accused him of 13 crimes, including tax evasion and embezzlement.
