PRO: Smart draft picks, veteran free-agent signings and blockbuster trades for Ray Allen and Kevin Garnett fueled the greatest turnaround in NBA history. The Celtics were the NBA's worst team last season; now they're the champs.

CON: Ainge's old teammate Kevin McHale gift-wrapped Garnett to the Celts. Hope he gets a championship ring too.
