PRO: Fired Isaiah!

CON: In the past year he's lost a sexual harassment suit, alienated the local media, paid his team millions more than anyone else in the NBA — and then watched them play like a bunch of stiffs (there is no greater insult to the hoop gods than Eddy Curry and Zach Randolph playing "defense"). Still, all in all, Dolan's had worse years.
