Title: Owner, Chicago Cubs
PRO: The billionaire real estate magnate has no interest in owning the Cubbies, and yet . . . they're in first place in the centennial year of their last World Series championship. Could a completely apathetic owner have been the answer all along?
CON: A casual announcement that he'd consider selling naming rights to Wrigley Field touched off a furor, as has a plan to sell the Cubs and Wrigley (or whatever it'll be called) separately to maximize profits. Zell really seems to have no affection for the lovable losers on his payroll.
