Unlike most packaged fruit that's dried quickly at high temperatures, Southern Alps dehydrates its fruit delicately at temperatures low enough that it's still considered raw. The process preserves the bright flavor of fruit selected from small suppliers: figs and mulberries from Iran, mangoes from Burkina Faso, and pineapple from Ecuador.
