This fruity favorite's box says these roll-ups are an excellent source of vitamin C and low in fat. The nutrition label, however, reveals that added sugar is high — 48% of one roll-up by weight.

Better choice: Real fruit beats processed fruit every time. Cut up orange slices for a wholesome treat that's high in vitamin C.
