Kids love Pixar, and this soup's got Pixar's Cars right in the can. The pasta is made with whole grains, according to the label. But each serving also contains 580 mg of sodium — 100 mg more than the CSPI's recommended level for soups.

Better choice: Earth's Best Organic Elmo Vegetable Soup. It has noodles shaped like the beloved Sesame Street character, but cuts down on the salt.
