Oscar Mayer Lunchables Mini Tacos

Lunchables have become a staple for kids' lunch bags, and parents are assured by this package that the meal inside is a great source of protein. A closer inspection shows these tortillas are also full of salt — 790 mg worth.

Better choice: Oscar Mayer Lunchables Chicken Dunks. Can't resist the convenience of a Lunchable? Then substitute this version for the tacos. The all-white meat main dish is lower in sodium and fat. Still, it's not the best choice. We recommend that you make your own sandwich with low-fat lunchmeats, fresh veggies and whole wheat bread.
